Ingredients :

 

  • Ranong Tea Plus (Japanese Taste) = 5 bags
  • Agar = 2 teaspoons
  • Soy milk = 1 cup
  • Corn seed = ¼ cup
  • Diced pine apple = ¼ cup
  • Diced dragon fruit = ¼ cup
  • Diced papaya = ¼ cup
  • Sliced Lemongrass = 1 pcs
  • Sliced kaffir lime leave  = 2 pcs
  • Thinly sliced ginger = 3 pcs
  • Mint leaves = 10 pcs 
 

 

Direction :

 
  • Boil the water in a pot ½ blow, put Ranong Tea Plus (Japanese Taste) 5 teabags about 5 minutes until fragrant & dark green. Take teabag off and added soy milk.
  • Put lemongrass, keffir lime leave, ginger, mint leaves about 5 minutes until fragrant. Take herbal leaves off.
  • Put agar stir until well, close the fire and remove.
  • Put all diced fruit & agar in a glass and wait until warm. Keep in chilled and garnish with pepper mint leave before serving.
